Buying property in Turkey - Our customers experiences

' My wife and I had been looking around for an investment property for some time, but all the recognised areas were out of our price range.

You may think that their high service standards were only to make sure they got our money. Well you may be right to some extent, but the service continues long after you have paid them and the relationship rapidly turns into more of a friendship than a business relationship - try saying that about the average British estate agent!

Apart from the financial aspect, there were several reasons we decided upon Side as the location of our investment property. The biggest of these is the sheer beauty of the town and area, with history wherever you look. Also important are the fact that Side is only 50 minutes transfer from Antalya international airport, it is open all year round and has 300+ days of sunshine every year.

Flights to Antalya are reasonably cheap and are bound to become cheaper year on year as more low cost airlines open routes. If you are thinking of buying you need to do it soon or you will miss the opportunity.
